    Sir wazan kam krny k lye koi asan tariqa bta dain. Mey ny 2 month sy gym join ki hoi hai wazan kam krny k lye lakin abhi tk sirf 1/2 KG hi kam krny mey kamiyaab howa hn.

    Wazan kam karna aaj kal aik bohat aam baat ban chuki hai. Kyun k aj kal ki khuraak or daily routine qudrat se hat k hai. sonay or jagnay k koi oqaat nhi, khuraak khalis nhi, or koi exercise nhi.

    Gym krnay se wazan km krna mehaz aik aarzi tasalli hai, lekin is kaam se wazan kam krna aik na mumkin c baat hai.

    Is hawalay se mai apko koi nuskha tajweez nhi krun ga, kyun k mera manna hai k bina ksi dawai k wazan km kiya jaa skta hai.

    Fast foods, cold drinks, cooking oils ka istimaal mukammal bann kr den, or apni zindagi ko bilkul sada tarekay se guzaren. Ap ki diet mein tabdeeli se hi apka masla hal ho jaye ga.
